APPLICATION INFORMATION
  
In accompaniment of the standard market application, vendors are required to provide additional documentation. As outlined in the application, specific documents are needed based on goods for sale which vary by category. All vendors will need certificates of liability insurance, worker's compensation and disability insurance / waiver. See below for resources and helpful tips.
Certificate of Liability Insurance

​ Required Description of Operations:
The Watertown Farm & Craft Market at Watertown City Hall - 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY 13601 - held on Wednesdays from May 28, 2025 – October 1, 2025. The People of the State of New York, its agents, officers and employees named as additional insured.

 Required minimum Amounts:
 Each Occurrence:  $1,000,000
 General Aggregate:  $2,000,000

You must have a signed CE-200, Certificate of Attestation. Use the link to fill out the required form then print, sign and send as a .pdf file.
